My hen gotten really weak need help

Dear whom it may concern.
I live in india and I have a leghorn hen she is 1 year and 1 month old. She was really healthy but past 3 days she gotten really weak she is not eating anything just drinking water only but I feed her food with mix water and I'm feeding her with a spoon I think she have worms so I give her albendazol in the morning and she is pooping rainy and greeny but she is not standing properly just sitting and sleeping.she does not look like sick her comb is also good not pale. I really need help please it's really emargency for cuz I can't lose her she is really precious for me please can anyone help me

My hen is 1 year old
No she is not able to stand now if try to stand her she just fall on ground
She is not walking she just sitting on one place and sleeping. She layed a egg after 3 months and past week after that she just behaving strange not eating properly just sleeping
Yeah she usually stays outside with other hens but now I sepreted her now from others
No I didn't give her grit or grave
Actually I don't antibiotics cuz we don't have vet near my house
Can you help I'm really worried about her please help me

When I get the medicine I will give them but right now I just give my hen warm suger water and she just stand like for a second and also I give her food little bit she just eat it and about the medicine I think I can't get it here cuz those medicine is not available in my area and I don't know why her bottom part is up like she just sit and her bottom part is up little bit

Do you have any calcium supplements for people? Pills that make bones strong? If so, give her one right in her beak.
