My hen has a bump and is having trouble.

My hen had a little spot as if she got pecked and it was brown and i thought it was dirt so, I tried taking it off but it soon grew and now she constantly keeps her throat open and is having trouble eating, and really doing anything.
There is like more beak forming or something and has a crack, pretty sure it hurts her. PLEASE HELP!
