I hen beak is longer than my other chickens. about half an inch longer a the top than at the bottom is this a problem?

I think her beak looks normal. As long as the top and bottom beak align correctly, they should wear down and stay at the correct length. Some chickens just have longer or shorter beaks.
About the blackness of the comb, it could be a touch of frostbite from the winter, or little scabby spots where something hit the comb. The majority looks healthy though, and chicken's combs can heal themselves pretty well.

Thank you I don't think it is frostbite because we are in southern ms and our winter was more rainy and not very cold at all.

The comb may have black spots due to other chickens pecking at itIt looks as though it may be scabs. My roosters get them from trying to fight each other. But like @emmaie892000 stated their combs tend to heal themselves up nicely.
