my hen has stuff coming out of its eyelid

what is it? and what can i do to fix it? shes been like this for ab 2 weeks i had a rooster like this but without doing anything his was gone in a week so i thought the same would happen with this one but its the exact same, she still eats and drinks but cant see from one eye

She has an eye infection.
Apply a warm compress of saline to the eye to help soften it up so you can open it, flush with saline, then press out all the pus that's in the eye. Once you clean the eye out, apply Terramcyin eye ointment in the eye. Repeat 2X daily until the eye clears up.

Do you notice any other symptoms like mucous from the nostrils, coughing, sneezing, a bad odor, lesions or yellow pasty material inside the beak?
