My hen hatched a baby

I know zilch about sexing chicks. I have one hen and 9 roos. if I can get help figuring this out, I can get more hens.

I have a new question. What is the best age to pull parent hatched chicks from the pen?

Since it's a lone chick, I would not pull it. IF you have another group, that you want to integrate this one into, I'd wait at least until it's feathered out, if the parents are doing a good job.

Lot's of new mama hens get mean. Once the chick is at a certain age, most of them return to their original sweet selves.
