My Hen(??) Is Crowing?!

I thought this was a hen, but it started cock-a-doodle-doing this morning, which I know is possible. (I have another hen that does this oddly) But I wanted to make sure. Is this a hen? 12 weeks old

This is a cockerel. I see male saddle feathers, the white just kinda hides it.
