My Hen is Limping Need help

My hen started limping a week or so ago i see she has a black scab on her one toe and it looks like she is going to lose that part of her toe. The toe is also crack in that spot and its kinda deep. I have been soaking it and putting iodine on her toe. This has happened to my other hen and she did lose that part of her toe i just dont know what i should do.
