My Hen is pecking my smaller one

So this is my first time owning chickens and I got all 3 of mine at the same time as chicks. 1 is a Barred Rock(peaches) the other 2 are Buff Orpingtons (Cali & Illiesh) and all are female. They're about 11 months now and all laying hens, I've noticed that Cali has been pecking at peaches when ever they're both at the food station at the same time, but Cali doesn't peck Illiesh. Also I think Cali is a broody hen right now so she just wants to be in the nesting box and Illiesh likes to lay next to her to the whole time, peaches is the only one in the run. Another thing i noticed is if peaches tries to lay next to them in their house Cali pecks her , but again not Illiesh. So I don't know what to do. is she bulling her? Is it just a phase? Or should I consider giving up Cali? Which I don't want to do, but i don't want any of my hens getting hurt. ( We also have a field for them to eat fresh grass and bugs but we only once in a while since there's huge hawks)

Sounds like normal chicken behavior to me. As long as blood is not being drawn, there is no real problem.
