My own version of Hamburger Soup, and Biscuits I cheated and used freezer biscuits

Beef burritos with caramelized onions, diced tomatoes and garlic, queso fresco, avocado, shredded Romaine, cumin, paprika, adobo, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa verde.

Our 4 children's high school was named Shepherd Hill High Scool. The school was built where a sheep farm had been. The school lunch menu would call it Shepherd Hill Pie...

I almost went one way, but then I decided to cook up the 2" thick steak I bought today. Glad I did. I haven't had steak in a while.

So I tried a new way that I've done before... sort of. Reverse sear, but not on the grill. Inside the house. Familiar with the method, but different.

Ready to go into the toaster oven!

I'm thinking of ordering out and taking a night off from cooking. Even though I like cooking. Just for something different.
There was a Dominos that just opened nearby, as well as that new-ish pizza place I like. They supposedly make wings like a local franchise used to.
Or there is always the Chinese place. I haven't had anything from there in probably ten years.

All I know at the moment is it is chili mac for lunch
