My Hen isn't Doing Well?

Have you checked to see if she is egg bound? Also get electrolytes and tube feed her them. If you have vetrx use some of that first then try the electrolytes.

I haven't checked if she's egg bound, but she laid an egg while she was in this condition yesterday

Any signs of a stroke or seizures? I have a hen who has seizures and gets very dazed. So possibly that could be it.

Not from what I've observed. She moves her head a lot for now reason, just like in a circle while she stand with her eyes shut

Those could be seizures. Has she gotten into anything toxic or have signs of injuries.

Really? I had no idea those were what they looked like! I feel so bad for her... She has quite a few feather plucked, but I've looked through them pretty closely and I haven't seem anything. I don't think she has gotten into anything toxic either. I don't free range them, so I wouldn't think so, they're run is pretty clean, but I could easily be wrong. If she did get into something toxic can I do anything for her?

Depends on the toxin. Also that is one type of seizure I have watched in my four years of keeping chickens and I have had many do to taking in special needs chickens. Have you given electrolytes? If not do so as it will help replenish what she's lost and hydrate her.

Yes, I have. I have to syringe feed her however, do you know how much I should give her?

How much have you given and is she swallowing it not just letting it come back out. Also you don't want them aspirating the liquid.

About 1/2 a teaspoon, yes she is swallowing it pretty eagerly.
