My Hen isn't Doing Well?

Toxin, stroke, damage to nervous system, unknown disease. I have no clue I have a chicken that lives with seizures randomly so maybe it is nothing but not sure. Hope she pulls through.

She just had clear discharge. Could this be from just having liquids all day or is it a different problem?

Better today! She keeps her eyes open and is much more lively. Early this morning she did have another smaller seizure, but afterwards she was back to her healthier condition
