My Hen Layed a Dinosaur Egg

Help!!! Is this crazy or what? Does anyone know what is going on here? This very strange egg was in the box today. Is something wrong with my hen or does this just happen once in a while? Photo here -

It's a soft shelled egg. Happens sometimes, usually with pullets. If it doesn't happen very often, then it isn't a problem.
