Chickens hardly laying eggs year round

I have 13 hens mix between olive eggers and marans but only 1 is actually laying eggs and not even daily sometimes only once or twice per week. Anyone have any idea what I can be doing wrong?

1.5 years old and yes they most definitely do free range. I’ve always had this issue with them but just came across this forum. I get the tractor supply egg layer bag

No, they haven’t had a time where they’ve laid more it’s been pretty stagnant in egg laying

They likely have hidden nests.
