My hen seems sick.

I am new to this chicken stuff. I have a few hens and 2 peacocks. I have one hen who looks fluffed up and her wings seem droopy with a depressed type attitude she never lets u pick her up but she did today. Is there anything I can do for her? I cant afford to take her to a vet. Plus I dont know of any bird ones in my area. Or is it I am going to loose the only chick I ever hatched? I dont know what to do for her.
