My hens are bullying the pullets

Hmm I would say keep them inside the coop on a separate cage for a few days. The hens can still look at them but not hurt them. Then you could try to re introduce them

Just put some perches and logs. Stuff like that for them to roost on and hide behind

I have feed barrels and my broody cages in mine and the variety of roosts help. Any thing they can hide behind.
