My hens are weird

Ithought I had 4 hens but we discovered a fertilized egg and some of them are getting broody one of them crows but not like a rooster and looks nothing like a rooster she or he is about a year old and idk if it's actually a rooster the other hen that isn't getting broody is a lot older than the other three and no longer lays so it isn't her I'm extremely confused

Photos of the eggs you feel are fertilized showing the germinal disc and photos of the bird in question would be helpful.

Looks nothing like a rooster and is a year old I don't have a picture of the egg

That's a hen, probably dominant, your eggs can't possibly be fertile, and hens will go broody without a rooster, it a hormonal faze.
