My hen's feathers are still not coming back

I posted a thread in July about my EE's bald neck its now December and she is still bald... her skin is very red some days and white others... I really need some advice I have tried pecking cream and spray nothing helps.. I have boredom busters in the run. I am out of ideas. she hasn't ever bled or anything I just feel awful about her naked neck.

I would be observing the others for the one that is picking her feathers. If possible, you might bring this chicken inside for the winter, feed her 20 % chicken all flock feed while giving her extra calcium with crushed oyster shell, so that she will re-grow her feathers. Check her carefully for signs of lice and mites. If your chickens don't get outside, that could be the problem in not enough room. Or you may just need to rehome a feather picker.
