My hens havent started laying

I have 1 8m old brahma, 4 6m old barred rock/gamefowl mix, and 1 older peruvian gamefowl. I have yet to see any eggs from the younger ones. The peruvian, who is mama hen to the 4 used to lay in the coop but absolutely will not do it now. I have tried leaving them in the enclosure for a month straight and still no eggs. Could she possibly be affecting the other girls' laying? Or is it more likely that they just haven't come of age yet?

I think they just need a little more time. Days are shorter (meaning less hours of light), and it’s also winter.

Ok, ok. I feel like I've been waiting forever. I know they take longer, but I was just sure Minnie (brahma) would be giving me eggs by now.

It is. I am in Alabama, so not too cold but days are definitely shorter.
