Here is a good suggestion for plucking your chickens. I am going to build one my self.

Just wanted to thank you for posting your ...whatever it ends up being called. We processed 6 of our dual purpose roos today and used your plan as a model. DH created a temporary set up using clamps to hold things together.
We set up the water pot and had a bungy suspended from a tree for plucking station.
Really liked the set up and having all nearby. Storage space is prime for us but setting up this temporary version took no time and a quick bleach rinse and hose down and all is clean and ready to put away. Fabulous for us as we only process 6-10 at a time.
