In the Brooder
I've read that misters are not recommended. In Las Vegas, the extra humidity is not a problem, besides I use this ice chest system to cool the far end of their outdoor space I've installed a wind guard on the end to help keep that end breezy and cooler. For their larger indoor coop, they have a small window ac that gives them a comfortable space to take refuge from excessive heat.I've thought of doing this...but would use sealed ice packs and/or frozen bottles of water so as not to increase the humidity, not problem in the desert.
Do you also just use misters...or too hot for that to work well?
