I have never had possum but they are abundant here, and I'd kinda like to try one Since my property backs up to state forest land, I'd think they're a diff. kinda nasty from the city ones.

Yes, it has recipes for opossum, woodchuck, porcupine, squirrel, muskrat, beaver, armadillo, bear, and peccary. Who the he## is eating all this stuff???????????

ugh i was looking at a recipe and it said remove claws and check pouch for babies.. so who gets the pouch to eat?.. also said to soak it for 10 hours.. must be strong tasting?.. think i will pass thank you
