My incubator got too hot!! HELP

My incubator got really hot. Probably 130-140 on the duck egg's first day. Do you think this killed them? Should I even bother to try?

How long was it that hot? If there's a chance that it was so short a time that the eggs' internal temperatures didn't reach 104 or over, they could have survived. But if it was longer than for a few minutes, it probably did kill them
