Hi! My name is Andrew (or Drew) and I am brand new to BYC! I am new to chickens as they haven't even arrived yet. I am getting 13 Whiting True Greens, 13 Whiting True Blues, and a random standard breed from Murray McMuarry Hatchery. However, I do have a blood line of pekin ducks. I have also raised turkeys the last of which was killed by a fisher that our state released to kill porcupine which aren't even seen. I love raising animals. I have 9 fish, a goat, 5 rabbits, 27 chickens soon, 10 runner ducks soon, and more to come! I am a musician. I have only written music and I have not produced any, but I plan to do so soon. I also write books! Not only that, I am studying biology in college as we speak! I have done the math and with all of my pekin ducks, runner ducks, and chickens I should produce 11,460 eggs per year. Also if all eggs are sold (which will most likely not happen) I would make around $3,500 dollars a year based on national averages for the prices of duck and chicken eggs. Can't wait to help and spread kindness on yet another website
