My introduction

We first got chickens a couple years ago I'd say maybe 2 to 2 and a half years. Right now we have 28 chickens, 14 ducks, 4 inside cats. In terms of breeds we got a couple different kinds.. Silkies, Rhode Island reds, Red Sex links, Sapphire gems, Orpingtons, Barred Rocks, and Americonos. Ducks we have.. Pekins, mallards, and a mix between the two. I have been an animal lover my whole life and always wanted to own a farm or be part of a rescue. I really enjoy nature and being out in the woods, hiking and breathing in fresh air. I am a caregiver for my grandfather and I work 5 days, 40 hrs a week. I wanted to join this community to help me with my animals and maybe I can help some others as well I've know about this site for awhile just now deciding to join!
