@BigBlueHen53 is correct that your hen probably has salpingitis, an inflammation of her oviduct which causes them to have internal laying and lash eggs. Do not try to get them out or put anything in her vent. It can damage her vent and introduce bacteria/infection. I would give her a human calcium tablet with vitamin D if she seems to be trying to lay an egg or lash egg. If she has one, cut it open for a picture. Unfortunately today’s egg laying machines are developed for laying way too many eggs, and they can suffer several different reproductive disorders. Those can shorten their lives, but I hope that your hen gives you a few more years of happiness. Here are 2 good articles by the same person with lots of info on lash eggs and salpingitis:

I feel like she has that huge lash egg from the second link inside of her right now...
I'm not ready for this.
She's acting normal.
I have another Isa, Fatmama(Sunset) she had a egg break inside of her but after a few days she was normal, do you think she gets lash egg to?
She's 4 as well
She's tried to lay once, as far as I know.
And their other sister, Sunrise, she's been laying weak eggs and been egg bound a bit a couple times, (I had to spin her around in a circle)but she's gotten better,
It's getting hard to text.
Thank you again, sorry it took so long for me to respond, I was busy.

Also, if I let her pass on her own will it be peaceful?
I can't kill her, we can't go to the vet, when she starts to act lethargic we'll put her on hospice in our room, I think she'll like watching swamp people.
