That sucks. That's some audacity to come back for the rifle. You can't replace a rooster like that very easy at all.

Sorry for your loss! my friends cockerel and hen were beat to death with a baseball bat untill they were squished flat on the floor. (that was done by teenagers!)

I so hope that they were caught and that they were made to pay for this. This is just sick! What don't they get about this being a living being? It's too bad that the punishment can't fit the crime here. Not to death, but close enough so they'd remember it. I won't go off here but I will say this...I am sick to death that our society has pretty much done away with culpability. It needs to change and people, everyone, need to be taught that for every action, there is a reaction.

Well i knew who it was because i seen them climbing out of his land when walking my dog and he told me the next day so i said who it was, but he just said if they go in again he will get the police involved. It was MY cousin and his friend, but i don't talk or like either of them.

very sad news.....the big hero was killed not by a predator but my some teenage boys and their bb gun i just keep hearing a poping noise so i went out and i saw 3 teenagers (oldest being bout 16 and youngest being 14) i saw them going up to my BJG rooster (dead)and i yelled at them ant they ran off but i managed to catch the youngest and he took me to his house where i talked to his parents and turned out the oldest boy (who shot my beloved rooster) was his brother and i also brought my rooster (in a big shoebox) to the house to show the parents the damage their boys did and they began yelling at the boys and the boys said " well that rooster has been crowing every morning and i got tired of the stupid bird" then the parents began yelling at them meaner and louder and the parents gave me both of their years worth of allowence (255$) and their bb gun. i went home with my rooster money and a bb gun. then 3 days later the boys came back (dylan was the youngest and bryan was the oldest) came back for their stuff and i gave them them their bb gun back it tas gutteg of its parts and i bent the barrel so then it was un-useable

I'm sorry that happened.
