This is so funny!! We have had Indian runners who were very loud! But the calling duck ( Violet ) was the WORST! We woke up one morning and I counted 30 Merganzers, 15 Mallards and a couple of loons all clustered around our dock !!! Violet was singing her little heart out. Glad our neighbor is stone deaf and the other neighbors are never around. After a deadly weasel attack ..:-( we got some Muskovies - THEY ARE QUIET! I actually miss quacking . But the Scovies are wonderful ducks - really funny. Good luck . have you tried a radio with soft music ? After Violet was killed all Rhianna did was walk around quacking . That helped til I got more ducks. And they do not make duck muzzles
