my leghorn hen with swolel eye

i m living in india and i hv 3 leghorn,1 black star and 1 aseel hen
One of my leghorn has swolen eyes and stopped laying
What should i do?

It appears that she may have dry fowl pox due to the wartlike nodules on her wattle and comb unless it's from being pecked on by the other birds. If it's fowl pox, it can cause swelling around the eyes. There's not much you can do but let it run it's course if it's fowl pox. It'll take about a month or so before it disappears. Fowl pox is caused by mosquitos. Eggs are safe to eat. You can put iodine on the nodules to help them shrink, but be careful not to get it in her eyes.
