My leghorn rooster isn't breeding

So uh I have a leghorn rooster who I think is 10-12 months old and for some reason he isn't mating with any of my chickens. So i tried the easiest method. Waiting so I waited and waited and waited I even put him in a giant cage with hens but he would never mate.

1st he has been with them for 2 months and 2 yes I'm sure he's a rooster. Here's a picture of him:

Keep him separated for the night then morning let him out with the females you should see if hes mating within seconds unless he didnt geow up with the hens and they are bullying him you will find out

Are you checking eggs? Birds don't always breed when they're being watched. I've found several shy boys that I've never witnessed breed

Nope no eggs

If your hens aint laying eggs they aint breeding age yet and he won't mount them
