My leukemia's back.

But I do drink it. I'm very absent minded. I will pour myself a big glass of coke, then wonder off . Hours later I will see the glass on the table and drink it warm and bubble free. I don't want to waste it and figure it's healthier this way.
Ooh not me..... I'm always pouring out dead soldiers....... dont like begin wasteful.... but don't like flat pop more ....

I keep reading that diet coke is one of the worst things you can drink. The fake sugar messes with your system more that sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

The best drink is plain old water...maybe not from Flint Michigan though....
My doctor a talky said the REAL sugar sodas are the best to drink..... they will satisfy the bodies craving for sugar and make you feel full..... the others don't.... diet pop still makes the body crave sugar.....HFCS doesn't make you feel full.
I'm having a Hard time finding something to replace my COKE..... although minutemade makes a light 5 calorie lemonade that i like.
Next time I'm in town ill pick some up.
And although I have some of the best well water I don't like just drinking water.

Haven't been on in a couple of days. Pretty busy with the family of 7 kids here. I see that we are still on the conversation of Sodapop. So. I am going to share a little story. A friend was talking to my husband one day about how he went to the doctor to have an X-ray of his lungs because they had been bothering him. Yep he had bronchitis pretty good. So then he notices these white spots all throughout his lungs. He asked his dr. What in the world is that? The doctor just Shrugged his shoulders and said... You must drink a lot of soda pop. Yes he did! No wonder Runners and bikers and other athletic folks don't drink pop. Have to say... HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!

UM, for quenching the thirst, how bout a glass of ice water flavored with a bit of lemon and a bit of sugar, even brown sugar??? Our water is crappy, so I have to either "add to it" or drink bottled water. Need to get back into the Britta mode.

Rachel, Don, BB, SM, and Echo, praying for you daily. Several folks in our church family are in the final stages right now, getting ready for their home-coming.
