My leukemia's back.

Blooie, you couldn't give it up even if you wanted to. But, i'm almost tempted to hop a plane and come visit you at Motel 5.9.

Plow guy did show up this evening, and he said an other Nor'Easter is headed our way Tues. I can't complain. (much) We're kind of cleaned out for now, and I don't have to work tomorrow, so can spend a few hours slowly chipping a path to the coop.

Any chance the parts will come in before the next storm? Or DH can manage another "fix"? WAY too much snow to move by hand.

No. the parts are already in shipment, not scheduled until arrival later next week. He did put the old gear back in and it lasted for 30' before it broke again. I fear that there may be something bent which is stressing the gear. The snow blower is 12 years old. Yes, it's too much snow to even contemplate moving by hand. We are doing the bare minimum of shoveling: the deck, path to the plowed driveway. I'm now stomping a path to the coop. If I get a path shoveled by the next storm, fine. If not, I do have snow shoes.
