Yes, Spam is good!

I made tuna gray over toast recently too. It is also from my child hood and it was very bit as good as I remembered

It tastes okay to me, but then again I had a couple in their 60's make gagging and puking sounds because I had ordered liver and onions for dinner at a restaurant, I ordered it because 1) I was short on cash and it was cheap, and 2) I knew it was healthier than most of the stuff on the menu. It is not something I eat on a regular bases but still I can eat occasionally. I think Jello (esp. "whipped" or other mixed jello desserts) is garbage, along with asparagus. I can't get passed the thought of eating brains or rocky mountain oysters (either beef or pork versions).
 
Katie absolutely loves Rocky Mountain Oysters. She orders them anytime they appear on a menu. So it was the first time she’d been out with us in a long time, and she ordered them.

I just looked at her with that “ewww” look.

Me: Are you sure?
Katie: Yeah, they’re good.
Me: With the “ewwwww” look again.
Katie: And yes, Gramma, I know what they are. They come from slow bulls. The fast ones get to keep theirs.
