Good morning all, phill IDK if he's on probation or not, but if he is you might be able to find out who his probation officer and the first sign call the dude up and have him come out for a look see, because it's my understanding there is a lower level of the need of search warrants and such if one is on probation/parole.

That's how probation is handled around here (at least that I know of). Phone calls and maybe a random drug check. No one actually goes out to where the person that is on probation's house.

Here probation is from the county sheriff and is for low level offenders. Parole is if the crime is big enough that they go to state prison.
