My leukemia's back.

She had asthma and continued to smoke - with an oxygen tank near by. Linda was living in a basement apartment and had a bad asthma attack. They couldn't get her up the narrow stairway (on a gurney) so they had to remove a window.

I did run into her at the movie theater some years ago - didn't recognize her. She had lost a pile of weight, and was with a much younger man. I couldn't believe it was she.
Like to think she had a happy ending . Still looking for mine..Pretty sure I will "time out," before that happens.

Diva sorry that your friend had gotten the divorce and lost the kids, because I;m sure she loved them but it may have helped them from getting abused mentally -not intentionally- mind you but she was not "healthy" enough to raise them right. there is a difference between the two, I can respect the mentally sick who abuse unknowingly not the knowingly that abuse. there is a difference. the comparison in our society is similar to murder there is accidental death/manslaughter that one gets mild sentencing because it is a death not done out of anger/hate as opposed to the murder where you plan it out to a t.

Two toes soaking. Glad I got both done..don't have to go back. In grown nails, no fun. ------- Got news on my husband's brother. They are saying that it is a cancer that looks a lot like your own tissue. What? And, they aren't going to do anything but watch for now, because they can't see where it is right now. What? So, they wait to see it turn into another tumor somewhere? Great.

Maybe He should see a different specialist.

I too was going to suggest a different Oncologist. An MRI without/with contrast will distinguish normal cells, from cancerous ones. It works on a cellular level, so even one cell that is questionable will show up. They don't just sit around waiting for tumors to pop up.
