My leukemia's back.

I know it sounds insane, but by the time the kids all got home last night, I was missing them, and glad they came back home. Dh had already been missing them, but was already at work when they came home. He commented this morning that he knew they were back. The sink is full, and the garbage is full. Yup, they're heeeeeere. Oh, he pulled a Graham Cracker out of the package, and there was a bite out of the corner. He laughed. Yup, they're back.
You must miss them like a pain in your neck!

Love is weird that way....

I know I really miss my kids.
But grands are coming for a visit.
They will be here July 8th.
My grandson Mason will be staying for a few weeks.
Loving these real long days. Heck it's light till almost 11 right now.
Hope everyone is doing well.... My hip is healing well.
Pretty much back to normal now..... Some of my friends haven't ever seen me without a limp.
The rest haven't seen me walk normal in a long time..... Now if I could do something about these darn shoulders..... But I'm not gonna complain.

Things are looking up for you!

Yay! for grand kids visiting.
Yay! for hip healing well. Glad to hear that everything is healing well and you are up and about without your limp. I know so many people who say they wish thay would have had the replacement surgery done sooner "If only they had known how better it would be".
Never really needed to have it done till it broke..... My limp was mostly caused by my feet.... Very arthritic.... But once my hip broke my normal limp turned into a horrific limp.... And basically the pain was so bad it was hard to motivate myself to do what I needed to do.
I spent all winter with it broke..... And last winter we got about 300 inches of snow.
So I was out all winter plowing, shoveling and raking roofs. All while wearing snowshoes with a broke hip.
Heck halfway through winter my plow truck Broke in half and I had to weld it back together. Yeah it was a rough winter for sure..... Glad my hip feels better... Thankful even...
