The fainting goats seem very fun and interesting!
Outpost, enjoy the picnic and when you are ready post the photo answer to the riddle. Meantime going to go catch a plane and praying that I remember what agency the car is rented from! Having a disconcerting senior moment...
You all have a great week, stay safe, enjoy the fishing, family and chickens, and remember to take your meds.
Rachel. Beautiful goats. I love goats. As for your time with your brother... I understand. Will keep you in my prayers for a safe trip, for your breathing, and for your time with brother and the rest of your family.
Goat pictures as promised.
My breathing is still not good. I took an extra 10mg of prednisone Fri and Sat on my own, then back down to the normal 15 mg. I just want to feel good for my Dads service.
And I guess we get to pick up my druggie brother and give him a ride over the mountains. He's not a problem, actually very charming to be around short term. I've just made a practice of not having contact for the last 20 years. But I know it was his Dad too.
Blooie, I'll lift you and the rest of your family up to the throne room. Praying for skilled surgeons, quick healing. Uneventful hospital course!Cute goats! You know how Ken is with goats....loves them dearly. That's why we don't have any! He'd let them sleep with us if he could! Cecil was the most spoiled goat in the history of goats!
Kenny and Jenny left for Denver this morning with Kendra. Surgery is tomorrow in the early afternoon. I wish this was over with...I wish I could be there...I wish she didn't need any of this stuff done to her....and I wish she could understand what's happening to her. I just don't have a Pollyanna feeling about this entire trip - don't know if it's the trip there and back or the surgery that has me so on edge, but I just can't seem to shake it. I'll be glad when it's over, she has her 3 week post-op checkup and they remove the bags and check the channels and stomas. <sigh> Prayers, please? I've got Katie, so that will help pass the time.
She is your charge, it is understandable. I will throw a few prayers in for you too.Cute goats! You know how Ken is with goats....loves them dearly. That's why we don't have any! He'd let them sleep with us if he could! Cecil was the most spoiled goat in the history of goats!

Blooie, you all and Kendra are always in my prayers. I'm sorry you don't have good feelings about this, I'll add peace for you to my requests.

NFC was the one going on a picnic. We kind of had a picnic.....DD, DS, DIL, & I walked a 5k for hunger awareness. It was awesome. When we were done, we all sat down at a park, drank water, gatorade & munched on chips. There was over 5,000 people walking or running. Lots of fun
My goal tonight is to post the answer to Hbhoffman's riddle. I can tell you it's awesome! And it has something to do with Hollywood!
Today is the big day that I put in my resignation letter to the bank. Hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst.
My weight loss for this month...... I lost 7lbs. My push to lose 10lb in a month became less intense due to switching jobs & switching insurance. I will still pull off that 3 pounds! Just doing it healthier than originally planned.
Donrae, goats are gorgeous! Have a good day all!
