Blooie, Prayers to the throne room.  Heavenly Father, we lift little Kendra up to you.  We pray that you will lay your healing hand on this little girl.  Bring her safely through this surgery.  Give the surgeons skilled hands, and your wisdom in doing exactly what she needs.  We pray that you will wrap your arms of comfort around her parents, and the entire family, and all those who love Kendra.  We pray that the community will reach out in a real and tangible way to offer comfort,  physical, emotional, and spiritual to this family.  Bring Kendra back to us safely, so she can continue to bless this world with her radiant smile, and carry out your will for her life.  We pray this in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  All God's children said, ...

NO surgery! Posted an update on the Raising Chickens and Special Needs thread but turns out she's just a "positional" cath user. Has to be sitting totally upright or the cath won't go in because she clenches her tummy muscles!

Please... no praise for public prayer. I post a public prayer for one reason, and only one reason: we are told that where 2 or more are gathered in the name of Jesus, he is there in our midst. I pray publicly so those who are so moved can join that prayer in spirit to lift the need or praise up to God. Also, any one who is so moved can add their own typed words to expand on our prayers for a need.

Hey all, it's late and I should be in bed. Big Boy and I got into it and I'm having a hard time settling down.

Blooie, so glad your trip was good. And thank you Lord for answered prayers! And for strong muscles....now she just needs to use them for Good

Outpost, I'd love to send some armed boys over to sit patrol outside your place all night. I can not imagine how frustrating that must be.

I finally got my testing supplies called into Wal-Mart and went to pick them up. For some biziarre reason, she wrote my testing as twice a day......I test four times a day. So, only so many strips per month

. I told Honey I'm just not going to be sick anymore. I can handle the health issues, it's dealing with the doctor's offices that's driving me insane.

And work. I'm not sure what's going on there. I'm back and forth....just yesterday I was saying how I need to find a full time spot somewhere else, because we really, seriously need a new place and I"m going to have to work full time to get financed. Then today, I'm feeling so overwhelmed, like there's literally not enough time to do what needs to be done. Having the kids not doing their darn chores isn't helping. Maybe I need to cut back the animals. I am feeling we need to cut back the cattle. 7 is too many for us to feed over the winter, we also have the two horses and two goats. Honey and I need to find some time to get away together and talk and make some decisions. He wants to go catfishing on Friday night, maybe that will be a good time.

Call back the doc and make her make it right for the QID. You should not accept that. It's simply a matter of the doc, or the office calling in a correction.
