Oh,NO! Rachel, I think the hospital would have been your best bet, but you know better than I do how much you can handle at home so I'll respect that choice. (I don't like it, but I'll respect it!)

Hey all.
blooie, glad you family made it safe and sound. Praying for good procedures.
I spend yesterday in the ED. I have Influenza A. they wanted to admit me but I pretty much refused. I can do this at home......so, I'm going to hunker down for the next few days. You all take care.
Long as you are keeping in enough fluids!Thank you all. I really do think I"m better at home. I got so stressed out at the thought of being in the hospital. Being woken up all the time, and I know they're going to screw with my blood sugars, and I just don't want to deal with it. I have a O2 monitor and a thermometer here, I"m checking my numbers quite a bit. Honey will listen to my lungs twice a day. Boys at my beck and call during the day, keeping me drinking. Pneumonia is the big worry, and I think we're set to catch that if it happens. Plus, here I get to sleep on the sofa with Eve---she's a great sleeping companion!
