Good morning! Didja think I forgot ya? Nope, just super busy! Sorry I missed adding my birthday greeting to your mom, Debby - you can tell her Happy Birthday from me and tell you you saved the best for last!

Our last predicted snowfall didn't happen. Instead all we got was fog...dense, heavy, long lasting fog. Today the sun is shining but it's colder than the dickens out there. As much as I hate fog, I gotta say that it results in the prettiest frost!

Eve totally does that, too! Well, for a while, then she just flops down and sleeps. At least she actually decides to lay down, though. Our previous Dane, Pharaoh, would literally fall asleep and collapse in front of the wood stove, waking himself up in a spaz....it was the funniest thing. He was much bigger than Eve, 180lbs.....that's a lotta dog to just fall over 

Happy Birthday to NFC's momma. 

Honey went fishing today, Big Boy is at work, the other two and I are home. I'm going in to work for a bit (hopefully a car will start!) and just get some dinking done around the house. Hope everyone is having a good day, nice weekend if that applies to you. May the sun be shining where you are--I've got PNW gloom today :/

I just woke up at  3 pm to discover a gorgeous, sunny day of 60.,  so missed another one.           That's what I get for being a night person.  Next week cold again, possible snow etc.

I hate that.... Waking up late and missing a great morning....

It sounds like you got the weather we had a few days ago. And you're right it is pretty.

That fog was pretty thick!



But it did a pretty thing to the trees!

When we lived in Klamath Falls, we'd drive by fields where they'd been running the sprinklers when it froze. Really beautiful ice sculptures on the fences, etc. I do kind of miss that.....well, not enough to move back, that's for sure!

Dinking, you all, not drinking. Unless you count Nyquil

. But that's medicinal, of course.

Going to the new place for the well test tomorrow. Hopefully the seller has the driveway fixed so the truck can get back there.

Maybe I'll head to the Y and hit the pool after that appointment. Got to start doing some exercise! So they say, anyway...
