My French friends actually cook radishes...they taste lovely...I used to eat them raw but now I use them in stir fry recipes...that is when I am not burning food...

Daikon Radish is great in stir fry!

Hi everyone been a busy day today....we're out and set trap line for coyotes....was nice and sunny though...beautiful for December.

Just got back from visiting son and his family for granddaughter's 17 th birthday party. Beautiful day and good time - too long of a ride for old folks. Rachel, I envy you those chuck roasts - one of my favorite cuts of meat. Maybe because it was one of the few 'store bought' cuts that we could afford when I was a kid.

Smoked a pork roast today lots left over..two people just don't eat that much......got to come up with something to do with it...I'm not a fan of pulled pork...?????

Ever used the seed pods from radish? They're great in a salad, and in stir fry. I let my radish go to seed. The chickens love those seeds!

I grew up eating peanut butter on carrots and apples, sometimes celery. Good stuff!

We had a nice dinner out tonight. food was good, the boys were great, we had a really nice time. Happy Birthday to me! I've got a peach cobbler in the oven as we speak, and some good vanilla ice cream in the freezer. We're really all too full for it, but I'm going to have a taste anyway

Yep, but I was a teenager before I learned that. My momma was never into cutsey names for food. Or cutsey food, for that matter.
