Rest in Peace -2017
maybe I'll look into a light, and ask about getting my Vit D checked. I was low last spring, immediately post transplant, but I told them it was no wonder--I was in Portland, Land of No Sunshine. I think everyone who lives there is on vit D supplements lol. Anyway, my levels came back up and I got off the supplements last summer sometime. But now it's cloudy and icky and who knows? I'm not depressed, but everyone could probably use a little boost.
Phil, getting out and about sure helps. Your wife having an infection can sure lead to increased depression or other behavior changes, so hopefully some antibiotics (and some yogurt, don't forget that part!) will help her out.
I understand what you mean about being a poor cheerleader. Honey has issues with depression and sometimes I just get so tired of it. I know it's a chemical thing, etc....but living with it sometimes you just want to shake them and scream at them to snap out of it
. Life's not that freakin' horrible!
