Prayers for you Rachel! I hope you are worried for nothing too.
I hurt my back at work unloading a distribution truck when the boxes were flying down a conveyor. In 1999! I was still in my 20s and bullet proof. Lol! Long story short, I had no idea arthritis would settle in, mobility would be very limited on occasion, and it hurts like **** some days. For the most part, it has a small dull ache 24/7. I take ibuprofen (2-200mg) about once, maybe twice a week. I put ice on it, maybe once a month. I put Ben-gay, icy-hot or something on it about twice a month. So, for Me in my 40s now, without doctors, it's managable. Sometimes it gets out of whack & I walk all hunched over, almost in tears with pain. Yesterday & today were great examples of those days. I stand all day at work, so I don't think mobility is an issue. Just screwed it up earlier in life, & now, have to deal with it periodically. It usually only hurts BAD for one or 2 weeks out of the year. It feels a lot better tonight then it did this morning. Hopefully it will continue to get better. Usually walking isn't a big deal, not sure why yesterday was triggered pain???
You all have a good night.
