You all are really putting a damper on my margarita swigging, chocolate brownie munching, cigar smoking, driving with my eyes closed party tonight.
Problem with sugar is cancer feeds off of it. Stop eating it, and you will starve off the cancer.
DH's favorite is adding peanut butter to the mix.I always add a 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp. real vanilla extract depending on small, med, large amount of brownie mix. I love the added flavor. Used to add some to the chocolate malted I would make. But, they aren't very good when you use skim milk, low fat ice cream, light whipped cream -![]()
Good thing no one here has cancer, isn't it?![]()
Honey, I was polite when you first came here and started spouting off without knowing what was going on or who you were talking to. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, that you were a well intentioned person who was trying to help. You've pretty much proven me wrong.
I'm hereby using my third favorite function on BYC--the Block Member function. I love this, wish I could use it in person. One little click, and a specific person literally ceases to exist in my little world. My blood pressure returns to normal, my red hair darkens a shade or two, life is good.
I forgot that responses, even polite ones, tend to feed trolls like....well, apparently sugar feeds cancer![]()
When I make brownies, I put dollops of PB on top of the batter in the pan, and then swirl a knife through it to marble it. MY dtr uses cream cheese and sugar to make a kind of cheese cake marble to go through the brownie mix. Coffee IMO just might kick up the chocolate flavor a notch, and perhaps make them a bit more moist.Ohh, that could be good. I've heard of adding a touch of coffee also.
I sense an experiment coming on! All in the name of science, you understand![]()
