My leukemia's back.

I had a head cat scan once, but they didn't find anything. ;)

Hubby and I went out and bought an upright freezer last night! I'm so looking forward to retiring our 40 year old chest freezer. The old one is 6 cu. ft, and over 40 years old! Still works, but it's a beast to keep track of what's in it, and rotate the goods so I don't end up with a bunch of frozen fossils, and spend all of my time trying desperately to cram just a few more things in and still close the lid. The old freezer will be moved to garage and used for grain storage! With the added space, I can plan my canning more appropriately: save up a batch of tomatoes, or raspberries instead of having to process them as they come in from the garden... pre cooked meals! Better able to take advantage of the sales!!!

insurance change, i went from having all my diabetic/pump supplies covered @100% to now being subject to deductible PLUS 30%
and lots of other coverage changes
then quoted one price for an ultrasound but then they dont include the charge for the radiographer to read said ultrasound :barnie :he grrrrr

What the cluck? Sounds like a goofy insurance plan. What good is an ultrasound without them paying for it to be read too?

I love my upright..... ours has an alarm that beeps if the door is left open..a life saver!!! Can't tell you how often we think it is closed when it isn't.

Do be very careful about that. .. heartbreaking to thaw out everything in the freezer because the door is slightly ajar.
