Day two NO PAIN... when I wake up... None Nada... Zip... I am astounded. Doc put me on a heavy shock dose of Prednazone for my Asthma... 100 mg a day ... one in morning and one at night... no weaning on or off.... Its kicking my asthma but It KICKED my arthrides big time... Dose ends to day or tomorrow.... Today

Reminds me of a Blooie story.....got time?

13 year old Terrin was frantically trying to find her “training bra” one morning. In the process she was ruining the morning for everyone, stomping around opening and slamming doors and dresser drawers, ripping stuff out of the dirty clothes hamper, pulling things out from the closet.....in general being a real little snit about not being able to find it. Exasperated, 11 year old Kenny said, “It’s pretty small. Did you look in the washer? Maybe it fell in the little holes in there.” Terrin was NOT happy and turned her wrath on him, as expected. Tam finally found it and peace (although always temporary) was restored.

Fast forward a week. Kenny had a baseball game and his, um, supporter also turned up missing. Although he wasn’t quite as vocal and angry as Terrin had been, he was still getting pretty frantic as he searched. Terrin made a great show of helping him look, and she took charge of the upstairs while he searched downstairs. She came down with a nasty grin on her face, tossed Kenny an empty Juicy Fruit chewing gum package, and said, “It’s pretty small....did you look in here?” Peace shattered. <sigh>

@Blooie, reminds me of an incident with my daughter. Kid at school was calling her 6 o'clock and asking if she was really a girl. She solved the problem by pointedly staring at his crotch in front of his friends and saying, "You're not showing much either. Maybe there's still hope." Don't mess with my kid. Must get it from the Princess.

I find the name "training bra" comical. What is it training the girl's chest to do? Surely it can't train growth, perhaps it is training her to get use to the feel of wearing a close fitting garment in that specific area?
