My leukemia's back.

Blooie we really need a book from you - Like "Wit & Wisdom from Blooie". All of us could be so much better if we followed you.
Yea! @Blooie's book has a title!!!! Now we just next the physical text to attach the title to.

Speaking of body disposal, my husband is getting on my last nerve. He's been off work all weekend. It's been raining, windy, and cold. He's going through John Deere withdrawal, because he hasn't really been able to putter around on it the whole weekend. He's cooped up, and doesn't know how to keep himself entertained. He's been whining, moaning, and groaning about it all weekend. Thank goodness he goes back to work tomorrow night. If not, I'd be suggesting he go play with his chainsaw.
YOU could go out and play with his Deere. Start digging a hole ;)

You might have a problem when he retires! Hopefully he will start some indoor hobbies for those days where outdoor hobbies aren't practical.

bruce, it was pouring rain over the weekend, and the gusts of wind were 78 mph. Really bad weather conditions. That's why no one got on the tractor. I wasn't getting in all that pouring rain, and wind either. Part of why I'm talking a computer rebuild, isn't really because I want one at this time, but it gets him busy looking for components, and configurations, so it keeps him occupied.

That's some pretty bad wind for you, isn't it GAC? Did you lose any trees?

When we lived in north/central FL, just about any kind of wind knocked out a tree (or more than one) and we'd lose power.

Not fun weather at all!

Good plan! Plus you will enjoy the rebuilt computer even if it wasn't needed badly.
So he wasn't driving you TOTALLY nuts or you WOULD have been out on the tractor in the hurricane force winds and rain!

Over the past year we've laughed, we've cried, we've prayed, we've hoped. We have had losses, and yet we persevere. That's what Rachel would have wanted. Merry Christmas, friends.

So perfectly said! Merry, Merry Christmas, Team Rachel....May 2019 find nobody needing the Waiting Room for anything serious!

We didn't lose any trees, but several fell on the main road. Everything to the right of our driveway was impassible, and without power. It took them quite awhile to get the power restored. We didn't experience any power loss, thank goodness.

Glad you didn't lose any trees or the power.
