Your hen is showing blue not lavender. Same with the chick. It is blue.
I can see the misinterpretation of the hen but the chick is typical blue.
If the hen was lavender as is the rooster they would not be producing any blacks.

I haven't heard a chicken called "blue" before just dogs, etc. I also wasn't sure on the lighting of the chick as it was sent to me. Sorry I was probably unclear the black chicks were from my other hens, only the blue one is from this pairing. So is blue more of a common color?
 
Looks like the rooster has slight frostbite. Won't bother him at all and no treatment needed.

Thanks! I wasn't sure what to do, they have a very insulated coop but we are in VA with temps all over and non-stop rain ugh.
 
Yes it does appear that way. I was very concerned about foul pox when I first noticed it but he is the only one with it and doesn't seem to be affected. Here is a bit closer picture. Should I be treating it?

Have use had any weather changes cause my old rooster used to get it when weather changed or if it was cold
