I may be a BIT prejudiced but I think these are two gorgeous Lavender Orpingtons.

Both about 10 months old, the Roo is Sinbad and the Hen is Chica.

I have two other hens but they aren't as big and pretty as Chica.

I have several of their eggs in the incubator that go into lockdown tonight. Also have some eggs from other hens (White Leghorn and Rhode Island Reds) that were fertilized by Sinbad so I will be interested in seeing what they all end up looking like!

I don't know why I typed in Red Rock, they are Rhode Island Reds!

Okay, either way I love red/lavender birds alone. I could only imagine the lovely cross!
