My lovely yellow goldens.

And Daffodil, again I'm not sure... and this photo is awful. I will try to do better when the sun is out tomorrow.

Dandelion appears to be a male to me....need a really good 'close up' of the side profile of the head to be able to tell for sure, without actually being there to see them. Most of the time, the bare patch of skin below the eye is on male birds only. I have seen females that just didn't have any feathers there as well, looked like a male until further close inspection.

With the Ruff pheasants, aka Goldens and Lady Amherst, they can be sexed from day 1, by looking for the bare patch of skin below the eye, also known as 'tear drop' or wattles.

Thank you, I really appreciate you taking time to help me out - though I realize it won't really change anything (they are what they are) at least I can prepare myself in case I need to rehome any of the birds.
If there is only one hen I have a home waiting for her that will appreciate how lovely she is.

I did learn about the early sexing but unfortunately a bit too late when they already had feathers grwing and looking different from one day to the next, and I've been confused ever since. 😅 All my birds had light eyes and a vague "teardrop" from the start so I've been told four males, but I've also been told it isn't always as straightforward with the yellow variety.
