Oh my goodness. These birds are absolutely gorgeous. What kind did you say these were. I love these they are beautiful.

I too was like you when i received mine from bluelaced.com , i thought i had all black ones LOL After they started turning blue i was so releaved and excited !

I just got a call from a friend. He knows someone that built a new thousand dollar coop then changed his mind about chickens and was going to burn it. He saved it for me. And it going to drop it off at my house on Saturday!

Yay. Looks like the BLRW will have a new coop sooner than expected.

No, they start out as chipmunk striped chicks. If your's have no red coloring on them they aren't going to develop it. At eleven weeks BLRWs lacing is very apparent.

Okay, I think I can post this flickr video of the peeps. There are 2 speckled sussex and 2 partridge http://www.flickr.com/x/t/0090009/photos/yamhill1056/sets/72157623586987828/ cochins in the tub and the other four are the wyandottes..they were not chipmunky but black and whit and the really grey/white one..any comments are appreciated. Constructive critcism always applicable
